Lets say that we were...and now they are fair game to us beacuse they did shoot at us first (whitout warning and whit no intention to ransom).
Should we, just beacuse we usually get payed to kill people, just stand by and let "pirates" kill us and not respond? We do NOT turn the other cheak(sp?) when someone slaps us in the face...this has NOTHING to do whit politics, this is revenge.

No...F-E did not disturb us and we did not disturb them :)
And we did not wardec TDG and ROARRR beacuse we know that they are "the local party****ers" in PF. They dont beat around the bush about their intentions.
SMASH were neutral to us and they dont claim the region that they have declared a warzone (who knew that anyway?).
<inserts sarcasm> Hmmm...its actually kind of funny, mabey I should try it myself..Hey BOB, I declare Fountain a warzone, all your Veld are belong to me!
If someone dosent see this its their own fault, and that includes the ones that has buyed a huntingpass from BOB <end sarcasm>
Back on topic...So, as SMASH was neutral and didnt say anything before they attacked we now consider them hostile and up for grabs.

I had to lend my Mega to a corpmate and ended up in an Apoc whit t1 guns (cant use t2 lasers  ) and see what happend!! Damn Amarr BS are only good for mining
